TCG Trade in Policy
- Magic: the Gathering
- We accept Rare and Mythic Rare, Uncommon, Common, Basic/Non-Basic Lands, and Token cards above $1.
- Card trades are valued based on the TCG player market price, and customers will receive 60% of the trade value in store credit.
- We do not accept Magic: the Gathering cards that are valued over $100 or cards printed in a foreign language.
- Please note that we do not accept trades from new sets until two weeks after the prerelease or release date.
- Evaluations may not occur immediately, so please be patient and prepared to wait until a staff member is available to evaluate your cards.
- Pokémon
- Card Value: We accept cards with a minimum value of $1 and a maximum value of $50.
- Card trades are valued based on the TCG player market price, and customers will receive 50% of the trade value in store credit.
- We do not accept trades from new sets until two weeks after the release date.
- Evaluations may not occur immediately, so please be patient and prepared to wait until a staff member is available to evaluate your cards.
Store Rules
- Everyone is welcome.
- Offensive imagery, including scandalous, hateful, or demeaning content is not allowed.
- If you move tables, put tables back where they belong!
- Don’t start those long, epic games just before the store closes. It’s not fair to the staff who are trying to clean up and get home to their own adventures.
- Please don’t put paint in the drinking fountain. Preferred paint disposal is flushing it down the toilet.
- If you bring or buy food, make sure to clean up after yourself.
- Be a good sport about losing and winning. Remember, it’s a game, it’s supposed to be fun!
- Let’s keep the language clean. Foul language is discouraged, and we want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome.
- Scheduled events have priority on table space. If you see a tournament happening, respect the players and give them the space they need.
Refund Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
